Octagon Triad

The Octagon Triad is a Triad based in Seattle. It's affiliated with the Red Dragon Association. The triad is losing ground to the Yellow Lotus. They are the main distributors of black market weapons in Seattle and Tacoma and are into smuggling opiates. In addition they smuggle various types of contraband through the Port of Tacoma.

They have few operations outside of Tacoma, but they dominate it and viciously protect their turf. It's an extremely superstitious Triad, especially when in regards to feng shui.
