International District

Even Anarchs respect the treaties drafted by the Prince and Zheng Li Kwan. His kuei-jin have proven deadly efficient and do not tolerate outsiders enter their territory. Vampires have been forbidden to enter the International District or interfere with their business.

As the name implies, this is the historic center of Seattle’s Asian community.
It can be further subdivided into more specific neighborhoods like Chinatown, Japantown, and Little
Saigon. Like Pioneer Square, it’s had issues with crime and visible homelessness, but it’s also full of
interesting shops, restaurants, and Asian markets, marked with Asian-language street signs and decorative
dragons on streetlamps. Recently, a small group of Akashic Brotherhood have taken it upon themselves to serve as
the neighborhood’s protectors, patrolling the streets for crime and casting spells to try and send the greedy
eyes of developers elsewhere. They have gained an uneasy ally in a Wu Lung mage, a longtime
neighborhood resident who is trying to fend off advances from the Syndicate on the old hotel building that
hosts his hidden chantry.
