Horatius Muir, former Archon of the recently slain Nosferatu Justicar Petrodon. When the new Nosferatu Justicar was appointed, he decided that none of Petrodon’s Archons were good enough, so he replaced them all. Now, most Archons are pretty powerful – you have to be, to work for a Justicar.
So, Horatius returned to the city he knew best: Seattle, where Petrodon had spent so much of his time fighting the Anarchs, trying to keep the Camarilla alive in the area. Rumor has that Horatius has sworn vengeance on Cock Robin, the current Nosferatu Justicar. What’s worse, rumor has that Cock Robin has taken that threat seriously.
